Geological Engineering
InTEC provides geological engineering evaluations as part of the "due diligence" process related to property acquisition and development.  These investigations are performed for a number of reasons including purchase of a property, early planning to identify potential geologic hazards, enhance development based on geologic conditions, mitigation of hazards to allow for construction, mitigation of distress or risks related to geologic conditions, determination of suitability for onsite wastewater systems, and evaluation of aggregate as a construction material resource.

Our Geological Engineers work with landowners, land planners, engineers, and architects.
